I’m Jonas Janebrant, and I work with leadership team development, change management and organisational development. I’m driven by helping managers and leadership teams bring out even more of the best in each other, so that the organisation can draw on its full collective expertise and energy.
I spent many years at MiL Institute as a manager, leader and senior consultant, serving as CEO for the final six years. During my years at MiL Institute, I worked with clients including IKEA, Tetra Pak, E.ON, PostNord, Nordea, COOP, Hemköp, Stampen Media, KPMG, Sidel, Region Skåne, the City of Malmö and the City of Gothenburg. My expertise lies where people and business, leadership and learning meet.
